Teaming Process

Page history last edited by Chris Borgmeier 12 years, 3 months ago

The success of School-Wide PBIS is dependent on ongoing team leadership and communication with staff.

The leadership teams ability to communicate and seek feedback with the whole staff is critical to successful initial implementaiton and sustained implementation. Once the leadership teams stops meeting, SW-PBIS slowly starts dying in the school, on the way to becoming a "PBIS Ghost-town".

You can take all of the examples on this website and easily create a set of documents... creating a school-wide culture requires an effective, ongoing teaming process.

            - used to prioritize and consolidate teams and intiatives in a school or district... particularly important if schools are

struggling with over-stretched staff and 1 more team
